Our Coeur d'Alene office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday
through Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays, excluding holidays. Our Sandpoint office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday and Thursday.

Continuous 24 hour call coverage is provided by Ear, Nose and
Throat of Coeur d'Alene. If you need to speak with a physician
outside of business hours or over the weekend, please call the office number
(765 1345) and our answering
service will contact the on call physician for you. If
necessary, messages may also be left with the office in the same
manner.
Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday. If you are
new to the office or have not been seen in the office in the
past 3 years, you will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to
your scheduled appointment time. This is requested to allow for
time to complete required paperwork which will facilitate being
seen by your physician at your scheduled appointment time.
If you need to reschedule your appointment we would greatly appreciate
24 hours' notice in order to serve other patients who need to be
seen.
Insurance & Fees:
We are contracted with most major insurance companies and accept
Medicare assignment. In addition, each of our physicians may also
contract individually with some of the other smaller insurance companies.
As such, it is important to know your insurance carrier when
scheduling your appointment. This is necessary to help schedule you with a physician who is
a provider of your insurance network in an effort to maximize your
benefits.
As a courtesy Ear, Nose and Throat of Coeur d'Alene will be
happy to file all insurance claims for you. Therefore, all insurance cards are necessary for your
visit to verify billing address and insured demographic information. We will
also file Idaho Workmans' compensation claims with authorized
case number and billing address information.
It is office policy to request appropriate co-payments and other
payments responsible to the patient
at the time of service. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If you are unable
to make the payment at the time of your visit, we are willing to
make payment arrangements.
