Chad D. McCormick, MD

Dr. Chad McCormick is a native of North Idaho as he was born and raised in Sandpoint. After graduating from Sandpoint High School, he attended Washington State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honor's Diploma. Dr. McCormick then graduated from the University of Utah Medical School in Salt Lake City, Utah. He subsequently completed a five year residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. The 2005 issue of U.S. News and World Report ranked The Ohio State University's Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency program as one of the top 20 in the nation. Dr. McCormick is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. McCormick is excited and proud to serve the North Idaho community. He is trained to treat the entire spectrum of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat problems. Commonly treated disorders in this field include sinus and allergy problems, thyroid and parathyroid abnormalities, head and neck tumors, facial trauma requiring reconstructive surgery, chronic ear disease, and problems with hearing loss, snoring and sleep apnea. Additionally, Dr. McCormick has a special interest in voice disorders and also environmental allergies affecting the nose, sinuses, and upper respiratory tract.

Dr. McCormick and his wife Debbie both enjoy the outdoors and the great opportunities afforded by the surrounding mountains, rivers and lakes in pristine North Idaho.
